Referral
Make a referral
This form is for school SENCos, local authority AP panels and other professionals making a referral. Parents and carers referring directly are welcome to use it too. We'll loop in the current school as part of our review.

We review within two working days
A member of the regional team reads every referral and checks it against current capacity before anything else happens.

We arrange a visit
If it looks like a fit, we'll contact you to arrange a visit for the young person and their family before any place is confirmed.
03
We confirm a start date
Once a place is agreed, we'll work with you on transport, uniform and any specific support needs ahead of the first day.
